Appogee Pay fees
Version 1.0 · 17 October 2026
This English page is a translation. The French version prevails (Appogee Pay Terms, clause 12).
Appogee Pay, the online payment feature of The Training Platform (TTP), is based on a platform that Payrexx AG, in Thun (hereinafter Payrexx), makes available to Appogée Sàrl (hereinafter Appogée). Payrexx is Appogee Pay's payment service provider. This page forms part of the Appogee Pay Terms (clause 5). It sets out the fees that apply to your participants' online payments and to payouts to your bank account.
Each online payment is subject to Payrexx's fees, which vary according to the payment method, the card type and the card's origin. Appogée's commission is added to them: a percentage of the payment amount, set by your Appogee Pay fee plan. Each payout to your bank account is subject to Payrexx's payout fees and, under the Free Plan's fee plan, to Appogée's payout fees. Payrexx deducts all these fees from the amounts it pays into your bank account. In your payout details, Appogée's commission and payout fees are not shown separately from Payrexx's fees. Appogée's commission and payout fees are final amounts: no VAT is added to them, by way of derogation from clause 3 of TTP's Terms of Sale.
Your Appogee Pay fee plan depends on your TTP plan, as shown in the tables below. For a custom plan, the fee plan of the Enterprise Plan applies, unless another fee plan has been agreed in writing. Appogee Pay is available when your TTP plan includes online payment. When your TTP plan changes, the fees of the new plan's fee plan apply as soon as that fee plan is assigned to your merchant account, shortly after the change takes effect under TTP's Terms of Sale.
Online payment requires the approval of your merchant account by Payrexx and the financial institutions; Payrexx may then set a reserve (Appogee Pay Terms, clause 4). The number of payouts depends on their schedule, which Payrexx sets; where applicable, TTP displays the date of the next payout. You may ask Appogée for a different schedule, which Payrexx grants according to its own criteria. Payrexx does not charge you a subscription fee.
Apart from a change of your TTP plan, the fees in the tables on this page, including Payrexx's fees per payment and the payout fees, change only through a new version of this page. An increase is announced at least thirty days in advance, in accordance with clause 12 of the Appogee Pay Terms, even where it passes on an increase in the rates that Payrexx charges Appogée; a reduction may apply from the publication of the new version. The fees for a payment or a payout are those of the version in force on the date of that payment or payout. Each version bears a number and a date; earlier versions remain published on appogee.ch.

These fees are those that Payrexx applies to Appogée on the date of this version. If Payrexx subsequently grants Appogée a lower rate, in particular on the basis of the payment volume of the whole platform, the fees on this page apply until the next version, and the difference goes to Appogée (Appogee Pay Terms, clause 5).
Payrexx's other fees
These other fees are governed by Payrexx's terms of use (the Payrexx Terms). The amounts shown are given for information, as at the date of this version, and Appogée forwards to you any notice from Payrexx that changes them.
